NATIONAL PARK OF ZHANGJIAJIE, CHINA

PREIKESTOLEN, NORWAY
It is known as Preikestolen, meaning “the pulpit”, an appropriate name for a giant rock platform overlooking the gulf, near the city of Stavanger, Norway. The strange rock formation, a natural platform about 25 x 25 meters, looms above the Lysefjord, with an uninterrupted vertical drop of just over 600 meters.
